Danielle Snyder Potter has a distinguished ten-year career as a Luxury Home Specialist, responsible for more than a half-billion dollars in sales. Her most recent appointments included Director of Sales for Streamline Tower and Executive Sales Director for Spa Lofts in Las Vegas, where she developed and implemented sales and marketing programs that resulted in new sales records.

Paul Benec
The winner of the McMonigle Group’s first-ever Top Agent intensive luxury real estate training program and competition, Paul Benec truly is one of the nation’s most talented real estate professionals. For the past two years, Benec has focused his efforts on the representation of discerning buyers and premier properties along the coast from Laguna Beach to Corona del Mar – and continues this specialty within the McMonigle Group. Benec’s real estate practice is enlightened by his extensive background in client service, negotiation, sales and marketing – skills he honed previously at a leading Fortune 500 company. Benec holds his MBA degree from Duquesne University and resides in Laguna Niguel with his family
Season 2 Contestant Bios
Heidi Graf
As a real estate professional specializing in new construction sales, marketing and management for more than 25 years, Heidi Graf has sold 2,100+ new homes and managed/serviced/closed more than 5,000 new homes in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. Some notable properties Graf has represented include the launch of the first condominium community in New York’s Times Square (1600 Broadway), a design collaboration and launch of the largest mixed-use development in the heart of Chicago’s “Magnificent Mile” (Lakeshore East), and the launch of the first environmentally-sensitive community of upper-bracket custom single family homes (Hybernia).

Kylie McCollough
As an agent with Coldwell Banker Previews International, Kylie McCollough brings to her career a background in sales and marketing as well as extensive international experience that gives her an edge in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her expertise in the development of marketing strategies and team sales objectives for companies including CBS and Equinox Fitness enhances her ability to formulate the most effective marketing plans to assist her clients in obtaining maximum value for their properties. McCollough is Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wheaton College in Boston.

Kyle E. O’Kelly
A California native, O’Kelly grew up in the small town of Mammoth Lakes and earned a full-ride athletic scholarship through the pursuit of a national and international alpine ski racing career. His diverse background and educational excellence provided the opportunity to travel to Wall Street for a summer internship in finance and then earned him a position as an asset manager for a national real estate investment syndication firm in Beverly Hills. Currently a licensed real estate broker, O’Kelly represents both buyer and sellers for purchase and home finance needs.

Leddy Renwick
The California lifestyle is a passion for Leddy Mae Renwick. Born and raised in Laguna Beach, she went on to earn her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. She became a successful food commodities broker and has been involved in event and media productions. Renwick hails from a long line of real estate investors, developers and contractors.
